We have recently seen an increase in transportation-related issues being submitted through our Dealer Portal, as well as warranty concerns being reported through Problems@iconev.com.

In many cases, the same issue is being submitted through both channels. This creates duplicate work, increases processing time, can result in duplicate shipments, and ultimately creates unnecessary costs for both dealers and ICON EV.
