Beginning Monday, June 15, 2025, ICON EV will be processing Warranty Tickets only for registered carts. In order to ensure this process runs as smoothly as possible, we recommend the following steps:
- Please begin registering new sales on behalf of your customer as soon as possible if you do not do so already.
- Please encourage your customers to register any carts that have already been delivered.
- Create a Warranty Ticket using the Dealer’s name as the customer in the dealer portal to process warranty claims for unsold carts in your inventory only.
- Finally, please ensure all service work carts become registered as well.
Shipping damage does NOT require submission of a warranty ticket! For shipping damages, please submit photos of the damage immediately after delivery to problems@iconev.com. Please include a copy of the BOL in your email. This will expedite the process and allow faster repair &/or replacement.
