For each CORE item shipped, a flat-fee CORE charge of $750 is invoiced to the dealer.
A free ground-shipping label is provided in every order for return shipments of original CORE items. Return items may be shipped in the same box in which the replacement item was received.
Please reference the Sales Order # from the original shipment on your return. Upon ICON’s receipt and check-in of the original CORE item, the invoice will be deleted from the system.
CORE items must be returned within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, the CORE charge invoice will be non-refundable and must be paid to ICON by the dealer.
